A wide range of charging devices are available for selection, ensuring continuous and stable charging without any material blockage during the process. The dryer is equipped with a specialized cooling device at its bottom to effectively prevent material degradation in high temperature areas. An air separation device is specifically designed to reduce equipment resistance and provide sufficient airflow volume required by the dryer. The drying chamber is equipped with classification rings and cyclone sheets to adjust particle size and achieve desired final moisture content (e.g., calcium carbonate can be adjusted to ≤0.1% final moisture). Compared to other drying methods, this approach effectively increases the specific gravity of materials. The higher circumferential air velocity within the drying chamber reduces material residence time, preventing adhesion to walls and deterioration of heat-sensitive materials.This system offers high efficiency, fast operation, and large capacity in a compact design.
