The material enters into the fluidized bed from the inlet; under the action of the two vibration motors installed on both sides of the bed to produce a fixed frequency of excitation force, the material jumps along the horizontal mesh plate and throws forward in a continuous movement; the hot air passes through the mesh plate from the lower part upward and passes through the layer of the material, and is discharged from the exhaust port after sufficient heat transfer and mass transfer and the dry material is discharged from the discharge port to achieve the purpose of dewatering and drying.
