The equipment seamlessly integrates the functions of mixing, granulating, and drying within an enclosed container, ensuring a dust-free operation process. The Fluid Bed fluidization mesh plate utilizes a state-of-the-art three-layer mat-shaped cross-woven design, which provides excellent air permeability and ensures zero material leakage. The cylinder body is equipped with two chambers for efficient dust removal and bag shaking, while the bag itself is constructed from high-quality anti-static non-woven fabric. The atomization system incorporates our factory's specialized two-fluid spray gun, ensuring consistent atomization and excellent granulation results. The equipment features a meticulously brushed and polished inner mirror surface as well as outer wall, while the welding process employs garden arc transition without any dead angles, fully complying with GMP specifications. The entire machine features an advanced and well-designed structure, showcasing a compact and refined design. The components that come into contact with drugs are constructed from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring compliance with GMP specifications. The main machine, air filter frame, electric heater, material barrel, spray gun and air duct control cabinet are all constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel.
After undergoing primary and intermediate filtration, the cold air is introduced into the fluidized bed through the heating chamber located at the rear of the main machine. Subsequently, it is heated to reach the required inlet air temperature by a heater before smoothly entering the boiling bed. Within this bed, powder particles are fluidized while a granulation binder is supplied to a dual-fluid atomizer via an infusion pump for atomization purposes. The resulting spray is then applied onto the flowing material, facilitating powder agglomeration and gradual size increase until they are eventually discharged from the machine through an exhaust system after moisture evaporation.
