• The stainless steel crushers in this series are monolithic, featuring a solid structure and smooth operation. They possess excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring the purity of crushed materials. • This series of pulveriser is mainly composed of several key parts such as base, casing, spindle, movable disc, fixed disc, screen and hopper, and is equipped with dust collector. The movable disc is mounted on the main shaft (with toothed disc type crushing knife), while the fixed disc is mounted on the front cover. When the motor is started, the movable disc will rotate with the main shaft at high speed.
Universal pulverizer through the high-speed operation of the movable tooth disc and fixed tooth disc, this machine facilitates material crushing by means of impact, friction, and collision between the tooth discs. The crushed material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber, with its particle size adjustable by replacing different mesh screens. This machine features a simple yet robust structure, ensuring smooth operation for quick and uniform material crushing that yields excellent results. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, both the teeth and grooves inside the casing (i.e., crushing chute) are precisely processed to provide surfaces that are smooth and easy to clean. This addresses the issue of rough inner wall surfaces found in ordinary crushing equipment which tend to accumulate materials and pose cleaning challenges, thereby enabling food, medicine, and chemical industries to meet national standards as well as GMP hygiene requirements.
