Ultrafine Mill
The series of stainless steel mill are all integral, featuring a robust structure and smooth operation. Its exceptional corrosion resistance ensures the purity of the crushed materials. This series of pulveriser is mainly composed of several key parts such as base, casing, main shaft, movable disc, fixed disc, screen, hopper, as well as cyclone and dust collector. The movable disc is mounted on the main shaft (with toothed disc type crushing knife), while the fixed disc is mounted on the front cover. After the motor is started, the movable disc will rotate with the main shaft at high speed.
The working principle of Ultrafine Mill:
The material enters the crushing room through the material door, and is sheared and crushed by the high-speed rotating blades, and transported to the cyclone separator through the negative pressure wind. The discharged material dust is filtered and recycled by the bag or filter cartridge in the dust box, no dust dispersed during the production process, while improving the utilization rate of materials and reduce the cost of enterprises. Ultra-micro pulverizer consists of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine and electric control, with compact and reasonable design and wind-selected characteristics, no need to use the screen. The equipment has a built-in grading structure, which realizes the function of pulverizing and grading in one operation; the negative pressure conveying system can continuously discharge heat, so it is also suitable for pulverizing heat-sensitive materials.
